Cocktails served include not only the classics but a number of new ones, such as Black Bison, which is Cariel vanilla vodka, fresh apple juice and organic black berries muddled with home made vanilla sugar and fresh lime, all dreamt up by our head barman. They can be accompanied by a wide selection of canapés, including daikon rolls, fresh oysters and salsa dip and white kimchi sushi.

There are a number of Korean and Japanese spirits on offer, providing a perfect accompaniment for the traditional Korean dishes available.
