This week we had the wonderful W magazine with us at SHED studios over in East London. Shooting with Conde Nast they definitely created something magical, so be sure to keep an eye out for it in the next issue! We loved the last editorial they featured which showcased Parris and Chloe Gordon’s collection, the Canadian Designers behind the hit label Beaufille. Their line is heavily focused on the balance between masculine and feminine touches, with men’s-wear inspired trench coats, chunky knits and chokers as their signature. The name Beaufille actually translates to ‘handsome woman’, which fittingly encapsulates the overall feel of their designs. The editorial is slick and polished, the model photographed in an empty period house, with glimpses of the old style architecture coming through. With simple set and muted colours, the shoot and the clothes really make for some beautiful work.
